CARROT BARS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar baby food carrots
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs, oil, sugar, carrots; add flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and nuts. Batter will be thin. Bake on large cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. milk or cream
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip until smooth.
