BACON & EGG HORS D'OEUVRE 
12 hard cooked eggs
3/4 c. lemon-flavored mayonnaise
1/4 c. fine-type, bacon bits
1/8 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Remove egg shells. Halve eggs lengthwise. Spoon out yolks carefully. Press yolks through sieve into medium bowl. Combine with mayonnaise, bacon bits and seasoning. Lightly mound yolk mixture in egg whites. Garnish each with a parsley sprig. Makes 12 servings, 2 halves each.
