CHEESE & BACON SQUARES 
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar)
1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled or 1/4 c. bacon bits
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Smooth into ball and knead 10 times on flour covered board. Pat into pan, pressing 1/2 inch up sides. Top with cheese; sprinkle with bacon. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over top. Bake around 20 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
