1 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. coarse salt
1 1/3 c. flour
Egg

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add honey and salt. Mix in and add flour. Knead. Roll pieces. Form letters. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
