BEEF & PEPPER PIZZA 
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt, divided
8 oz. cooked ground beef, crumbled
1/4 c. each diced onion & green bell pepper
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. tomato sauce
6 oz. mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray 13 x 9 inch glass pan. In bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, oregano and 1/2 teaspoon salt; beat until smooth. Pour into sprayed dish and sprinkle evenly with beef, vegetables, pepper and remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bake 20 minutes. Top pizza with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese melts and crust browns. Makes 4 servings. Bake for 10-15 minutes. 4 protein. 1 bread. 1 1/4 vegetable. 10 calories.
