PARTY CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne red pepper
Few pecans, finely chopped
1 tsp. onion, chopped
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. ripe olives, chopped (optional)

Cream the cream cheese, add Cheddar cheese. Mix well until blended. Add other ingredients and mix well. Shape into a ball, roll into finely chopped pecans. Place in bowl, or wrap up and chill for 24 hours in refrigerator. Remove from wrap or bowl; place on serving dish and serve. Makes enough to serve at least 24 people or more.
