SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased baking dish. Cover with topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix thoroughly and sprinkle over souffle. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
