CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni elbows
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
