CHICKEN MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 c. chicken, boiled & deboned
1 lg. onion, chopped
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
Garlic salt to taste
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 or more c. chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese

Saute onion and mushrooms in the butter. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together. Let melt. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and chicken. Heat and add to 4 or 5 cups of cooked macaroni.
