MARSHMALLOW PUDDING | |
1 lb. marshmallows 2 c. whipping cream. 12 graham cracker squares 1 box Nabisco famous thin chocolate refrigerator dessert wafers 2 c. milk Melt the marshmallows in the milk, stirring until completely melted. Let the mixture completely cool; then stir in the whipping cream that's already been whipped. Crush up finely the chocolate wafers, graham crackers, and mix the crumbs together. Arrange 1/2 of crumbs in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan; slowly pour marshmallow mixture on top of crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top of pudding; refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. |
