PUMPKIN CHIFFON PIE 
2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. Cool Whip
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell

Bake pie shell according to package directions. Mix well pumpkin, milk, pie spice and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into the cooled pie shell. Refrigerate to set.
