CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (SOFT) 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, instant pudding and eggs. Mix flour and baking soda together and add to other ingredients. Add chocolate chips and nuts. I like to refrigerate my dough at least one hour before baking. they seem to do better. The pudding in these keeps them soft.
