PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops
Seasoned salt
Pepper
2 c. water
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. Minute Rice

Heavily season pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper. Brown pork chops on high until very brown. Turn burner down to simmer. Add 2 cups water to chops; let simmer for 2 hours adding water as needed.

Pour liquid off chips into a large fry pan. Add water to make approximately 2 1/2 cups. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup; stir, let liquid just come to a boil. Add rice. Let simmer, covered, until rice is tender. Stir often.
