BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
2 tbsp. butter
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 c. burgundy or other dry red wine
12 sm., whole wheat onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
Cooked wide noodles

In skillet, brown meat in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve with noodles.
