CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 c. sliced cooked chicken meat
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli, arrange in 2-quart shallow casserole. Arrange chicken over broccoli.

Melt butter in medium saucepan. Blend in flour, cook 1 minute, remove from heat. Gradually stir in broth and cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles 1 minute. Stir in cheese, mustard, onions, sherry and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute longer. Add salt and pepper, if needed. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli.

Bake uncovered in hot 400 degree oven 25 minutes or until bubbly hot.
