PASTA DIVAN 
8 oz. vermicelli, cooked
Fresh broccoli flowerets, cooked
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
4 slices American cheese

SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. white wine
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

While pasta is cooking, combine ingredients for sauce in large skillet and cook over medium heat until blended. Add broccoli and chicken, heat through. Drain pasta, add to sauce and toss. Place in square pan, top with cheese. Place under broiler until cheese bubbles (or crusty if you prefer).
