SKILLET STIR FRY 
Any vegetables
Any leftover meat (cooked)
2 tbsp. salad oil
Clove garlic
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ginger
Salt to taste

Heat oil and garlic. Cook meat (if not already cooked). Add vegetables. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour into skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce, simmer. Serve with rice or potato.
