4 lbs. fresh or frozen shrimp
Drop shrimp into boiling salt water. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until shells are pink. Drain and cool. Remove shells and devein. Refrigerate. 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. paprika Dash of garlic salt Dash of cayenne 4 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. sherry
Melt butter; add garlic, parsley, paprika, cayenne and sherry and mix. Add crumbs and toss; add shrimp. Spoon mixture into an 11x7x1 1/2 inch oven casserole. Bake in a slow oven (275 degrees) for 20-25 minutes or until it is thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.
