SIMPLE BOUILLABAISSE 
5 lb. mixture of lobster crab & any fresh fillet of fish
10 c. fish stock (or chicken stock)

While stock is being brought to a boil, cut fish into small pieces and slowly add to stock. Cook over high until fish is done. (Not more than 10 minutes.) Serve over pieces of toasted French bread placed in each bowl. Use fresh parsley for garnish.
