UNCOOKED BLUEBERRY PIE 
4 c. blueberries
1 c. water
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 baked pie shell

Pour 2 cups of uncooked blueberries in pie shell. Combine remaining 2 cups of blueberries, water, salt, and flour in a pan; bring to a boil and cook until semi-thick, then add butter. Let cool for 10 minutes. Pour over uncooked berries in pie shell; place in refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream.
