UNCOOKED FRUITCAKE 
1 c. orange peel
1 c. lemon peel
1 c. coconut
1 c. black walnuts
2 c. cooked prunes
1 c. butter
1 c. strained honey
10 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 pkg. seedless raisins
1 pkg. currants
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brandy or wine

Mix well and pack in paper-lined 10 inch tube pan; let stand 24 hours, then turn out. (This will keep for months in the refrigerator.)
