SQUASH PICKLES 
2 qts. squash, sliced
2 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. onions, chopped
2 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento pepper

Bring sugar, vinegar and spices to a boil, add squash, onions and bell pepper. Cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Add pimento peppers; stir well. Pack while hot in jars. seal.
