PALACINKY 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. rich milk
3 tsp. sugar

Beat eggs. Add rest of ingredients and beat until very smooth. Drop just enough on well greased skillet to make a thin coating. Brown on both sides. Spread lightly with desired filling and roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm.

Filling can be pie filling, fruits, jelly or fresh fruit.
