CHEESE CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
1/2 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing

Grease baking dish. Slice and steam carrots until tender. Melt butter and cheese. Pour over carrots. Top with crumbs made from dressing. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly. Serves 6.
