HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. cured ground ham
1 lb. fresh ground pork
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. pineapple juice

FOR GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all loaf ingredients together. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix and spread glaze on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Usually you need no salt or pepper.
