CHOCOLATE BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 egg white
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar; add melted chocolate and vanilla and blend in flour to make a stiff dough. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Dip in slightly beaten egg white; roll in pecans. Put on greased cookie sheet. Press cookie top with fork.

Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
