PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
4 egg whites
1/3 c. water
1 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 pkg. cake mix (white or yellow)

Heat oven to 350°F. Beat egg whites, water, peanut butter, butter and cake mix until smooth (will be really thick). Add chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes until light brown and tests done.

Makes 3 dozen.

Per Serving: 121 Calories, 2 g. Fat (16%), trace of Cholesterol and 141 mg. Sodium.
