GRASSHOPPER PIE 
Cookie wafer or graham cracker crust
3 c. miniature or (32 lg. cut up) marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
3 tbsp. creme de cocoa
3 drops green food color

Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat or in double boiler, stirring constantly. Chill until thickened. In a chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff. Stir in marshmallow mixture to blend. Stir in liqueurs and food color. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with semi-sweet chocolate on top. Chill at least 4 hours.
