1 box oatmeal cookie mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Combine cookie mix and butter. Mix at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Grease pan, press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Sprinkle chocolate pieces and nuts evenly over top. Pour milk over this.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cover with Saran Wrap. Cool in refrigerator, then cut into bars.
