SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. or 3 c. mashed, cooked squash 1 c. carrots, cooked and grated 1 c. onion, chopped and cooked 1 stick butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 pt. sour cream 8 oz. pkg. Stove Top dressing mix Cook first three ingredients. Drain and add: Butter, soup, sour cream, and dressing mix. Save enough dressing mix to sprinkle top of casserole. Place in casserole so it is 1 - 1 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes. |
