BREAD STUFFING 
2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Turkey neck & giblets, finely cut
Stock or chicken broth to moisten

Cook onions and celery in butter until partially done. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Use stock or broth to moisten. Yield: stuffing for 10 to 12 pound turkey.
