BAKED BREADED CHICKEN 
3 lg. half breasts of chicken, skinned
1 c. fine bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano (opt.)
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper

Bone chicken, pound filets until 1/4" thick. Salt and pepper chicken. Spread with no fat mayonnaise. Combine remaining ingredients and dredge chicken pieces in mixture. Place in greased (Pam) shallow baking pan in single layer. Pour in a little chicken broth (made with chicken bouillon and water). Put foil over pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown and tender. Remove foil during last part of baking.
