CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
4 eggs

In saucepan over medium heat, cook water, butter and salt until mixture boils. Reduce heat to low and with a wooden spoon, vigorously stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat, let cool a few minutes, 5 to 7. Beat in eggs; blend well. Drop by wooden spoon onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool on rack for 25 minutes.

FILLING: Beat in large box of vanilla instant pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk as directed. Fold in approximately 1 cup Cool Whip.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. hot water
3/4 - 1 c. powdered sugar

Stir until smooth. Add more hot water if needed.
