STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
1 med. cabbage, coarsely chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Stir fry cabbage, celery, and onion in butter in a heavy Dutch oven for 5 minutes over high heat. Cover and remove from heat; let steam until cabbage is tender (about 5 to 7 minutes). Stir in salt and pepper.
