CHRISTMAS FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (each 6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans

1. Bring sugar, milk, butter and salt to a boil. Stir continuously. Boil for two minutes.

2. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, vanilla and pecans. Stir until chips are melted.
