AMISH CORN BAKE 
1 c. Miracle Whip or light dressing
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sweet corn, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Mix dressing, egg yolks, flour, sugar and pepper until smooth. Stir in corn, cheese and onions. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold in corn mixture. Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 6 servings.
