FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, diced
10 marshmallows, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream, whipped
Sharp cheese, grated

Dissolve gain in hot water; add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until thickened. Fold in pineapple, bananas, and marshmallows. Pour into 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan; chill until firm. Mix flour and sugar in heavy pot; add egg and pineapple juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add butter and cool. When cold, fold in whipped cream. Spread topping on gelatin and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 16.
