RASPBERRY JELLO 
1 sm. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 1/8 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 c. applesauce

Mix Jello with boiling water. Add lemon juice and mix until dissolved. Add raspberries and stir in applesauce. Set Jello mixture in refrigerator and serve.
