APPLE CRISP 
2 c. canned or fresh sliced apples
1/3 c. sugar with raw apples
Lemon juice if needed
Dash of cinnamon
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter

In the bottom of a baking dish put apples, adding sugar to raw apples and spice or lemon juice. Rub other ingredients together as for pie dough. Press over top of apples. Bake 30-45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve warm with top milk (cream).
