CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
2 sticks butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. jar roasted, unsalted peanuts
4-5 Granny Smith apples peeled and cut into small chunks

Beat together butter, eggs, and sugar for 15 minutes. Add Cool Whip, peanuts, and fruit. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
