EASY BRISKET 
4-5 lb. brisket
Celery salt
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tsp. minced garlic
Liquid smoke
KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce

Freely salt brisket with celery salt. Cover with sliced onions and garlic. Pour liquid smoke over -- to taste -- but remember a little goes a long way. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. USE GLASS PAN OR BAKING DISH.

Next day, bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 4-5 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, pour about 3 cups of KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce over brisket; leave uncovered this last 1/2 hour.
