RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. uncooked Minute Rice
3 c. hot water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green onions
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Dissolve butter and bouillon cubes in water. Add to remaining ingredients and put in a buttered casserole. Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees 1/2 to 3 hour.
