STROGANOFF LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 env. stroganoff mix
1 loaf fresh bread
Butter
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Fry ground beef and onions; drain. Stir in water, sour cream, olives and stroganoff mix. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Slice bread lengthwise and brown under broiler. Spread with butter. Spread 1/2 of ground beef mixture on each half of bread. Arrange green peppers and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until hot throughout.
