SUMMER SALAD | |
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello 1 sm. pkg. lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 c. pineapple juice 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. finely chopped celery 2 c. seedless grapes 2 c. nuts (recommend chopped pecans) 2 c. crushed pineapple (or tidbits) 2 c. Cool Whip Add water and stir until Jello is dissolved. Combine pineapple juice and cream cheese. Mix the 2 combinations and let chill until semi-set then fold in the remaining ingredients. Return to refrigerator until chilled and set. Serve. |
