POTATO DISH 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes with 1/4 c. butter

Mix all ingredients together. Top with corn flake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes.
