3 c. sugar
2/3 c. condensed milk
3/4 c. butter
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Nuts, optional

Mix sugar, milk and butter in large pan. Cook 5 minutes. When mixture starts to boil, stir constantly. Add remaining ingredients and stir until chocolate is dissolved. Spread in greased pan, cut when cool.
