CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. chicken cutlets
Flour
butter
Paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup

Slice chicken cutlets into thin small pieces. Coat with flour; brown in skillet with butter; sprinkle paprika over chicken pieces. Put chicken in casserole dish, pour cream of chicken soup over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Potatoes and carrots could be put in casserole at the same time as the chicken or serve the chicken over rice or noodles.
