MINI CHERRY TARTS 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers

Mix all ingredients to smooth and well blended. Use mini cupcake cups. Put a wafer in the cupcake and then spoon cream cheese mixture on top to 3/4 fluffy. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with your favorite pie filling.
