AUNT DONNA'S HOMEMADE TACOS 
3 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes or fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 jar taco sauce
24 soft corn tortilla shells

Brown ground beef, salt and pepper. Keep on low heat.

Put cheese, onions and tomatoes in separate bowls.

Heat a skillet with a small amount of cooking oil until hot; cook tortillas on each side for about 15 seconds. They should sizzle. Drain. Fill with meat and cheese while hot. Add desired toppings and enjoy.
