HOMEMADE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 bags chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 tbsp. vanilla
Nuts (opt.)

Put first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Boil 11 minutes. Take off and add chips. Stir until melted. Stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla and nuts. Pour in greased cookie sheet lined with foil. Makes 5 pounds.
